Documentation is an important part of product development as it allows the manufacturer to meet EU standards, ensuring the product can move freely on the European market. In order to CE mark its products, subcontractors and manufacturing companies must also comply with e.g. EN1090 and EN13480 standards.

Testing and documentation are important aspects if you have intentions of CE marking your pipe and steel structures.
Danish Engineering On Site provides line walk and red mark up when finishing pipe and steel constructions or doing maintenance. We check whether the construction has followed plans and drawings, whether there have been modifications etc. Among others, we perform:
We assist with inspections at the suppliers as well as on ongoing inspections on site – always with thorough documentation.
The EN13480 standard for pipe installations is mainly used in CHP plants and in the energy sector. We review if the design and manufacturing phase complies with the standards required for industrial pipelines, all to guarantee they follow the directives issued by the European Commission.
We review the line walk, the mechanical completed and the ready to start up phases, each of which is being carefully reviewed before the next phase begins. We inspect if drawings and plans have been followed and perform punch rounds etc. for troubleshooting and QC.
We troubleshoot and mark plans and drawings for deviations compared to original designs
We do descriptions of the required documentation connected to the entire project.
We document all matters needed for e.g. welding log and the CE marking of products.
We ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality control, written and photographic documentation and even help discuss and find the best solutions while troubleshooting. We also help in deploying independent inspectors to the project, such as Force and Inspecta, who can provide impartial inspections when needed.
We ensure continuous control, documenting the production as well as the working environment.
We prepare a report that contains design documentation according to all regulations from visual to mechanical inspection.
